Being a lover of nature means that I am constantly in the elements as I try to find the best angles for my nature photography. I probably go more than my fair share of walking shoes since I am always outside and hiking around in nature. I spent a lot of time in shoes and therefore, they must be comfortable editions that last me throughout the day. Since I am looking for a new pair of shoes, I have begun making a shortlist of the contenders that can be used for my sessions and are available at an affordable cost.

Most people fail to realize it, but walking is just as much of an exercise as jogging and running, and has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. Walking can reduce the body fat, improve circulation, support joints, enhance mental fitness, strengthen muscles, and has even been proven to reduce the risks associated with Alzheimer’s disease. I have checked sites everywhere for the best nursing shoes reviews available for women on the market. Since I suffer from foot ailments, I even checked the best rated sneakers for flat feet to come up with a few more options. If you are an avid walker, then you are well aware of the differences between people on daily walks and those that don’t participate daily. The following walking shoes are some of the best available on the market for women.

New Balance WW1765

For those looking for a lightweight option that is durable and built for long treks, the New Balance WW1765 comes with enough padding that is available for an affordable price. In these shoes, I can walk all day and never have to worry about sore feet. As one of the leading sportswear companies in the world, New Balance knows their way around creating great walking shoes that just keep improving over time. When I am on a particularly long photography shoot, these are definitely the walking shoes made for walking.

Can I just mention out the gate that the fit of this walking shoe is absolutely perfect? Not only does it fit like a glove, but it is breathable and fits smoothly from heel to toe. Ordering this one online is not a problem as you are assured of the exact size that you order. Made of leather and featuring a rubber sole, these are ideal for people like me that like to take long hikes or walks. Since they are lightweight and come with a rollbar support system, this works to your advantage after wearing for long lengths of time. Again, these are from the New Balance company, so users can be certain that they are experts on crafting women’s sneakers. The product reviews on this model are extremely positive, so I had no problems adding these to my list and you won’t either.

As the most affordable women’s walking shoe on this list, you can find these for as low as $25 in many retail stores and are one of the most popular on the market. Featuring a neutral or low arch, there is more padding to handle shock control, and a leather front insole covering. They may not be as well known a brand as New Balance, but Saucony is quickly becoming a formidable contender in the women’s walking show industry and worth paying attention to. Their color schemes alone offer a refreshing change of pace from other prominent brands that are eye-catching.

Before choosing a pair of walking shoes, it is important to know there are benefits out there associated with walking that don’t necessarily lead to weight loss. It is a proper form of exercise for both the body and the min as it allows people the chance to meditate and balance themselves throughout a day. The best aspect is that there are slew of brands making top-quality shoes for women for all sorts of activities. Buyers should pick the shoes that fit them best and work for their budget. If your primary concern is walking for long distances and comfortably, these walking shoes will get the job done with no blisters or sore feet.
